Delivery & Returns

We practice express preparation and dispatch. Orders placed on the Queen Bee website before 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day subject to payment confirmation, while orders made on weekends and Bank Holidays will be sent the next working day. 

Items sent to the USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed where available or by alternative couriers. This means a tracking number will be available and can be tracked to your door. (Usually 1-2 weeks maximum)

Royal Mail International Track and Signed also operate to the majority of EU countries. If not it will be posted by Royal Mail International Tracked unless you wish to use UPS in which case an email can be sent and the extra postage paid before dispatch.

 Exchange & Returns T&C's:

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns providing you return your goods within 14 days of receiving for all casual & guest wear, whereas we operate a 7 day returns policy for Mother of the Bride & Groom. Items must be returned unused with all original packaging and must not have been worn, or show evidence of being worn. Please ensure that you only try your shoes on indoors or on carpeted surfaces.

Please note that unless your returned product is found faulty, we regretfully are only able to offer a refund minus our initial postage charge on receipt. 

  • Please email us ( with your invoice/confirmation of purchase and the reason for return with the product.
  • We do NOT cover return postage costs.
  • After receiving your returned goods and they have been found unworn, refunds (Total minus initial postage) will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the account of the corresponding transaction whether you paid by credit card or via PayPal.
  • Please allow for an additional couple of days for your bank to process this.

Should you wish to exchange goods (i.e. a size bigger/smaller), we offer free exchanges to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. To exchange, first email us on outlining your request. Subject to availability, you will then be instructed to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging with a note of your specified request. Difference in prices will then either be charged or reimbursed depending.

For returns from outside of the EU the customer must clearly mark on the parcel that it is a return. If you do not do this and customs fees are requested from us the return will not be accepted. 


Seal the parcel and obtain proof of return – often offered by recorded delivery. Then send the parcel to Queen Bee by Serendipity, 55 Main Street, Fivemiletown, Northern Ireland, BT75 0PG.
